Royal Liverpool Philharmonic are recruiting a Head of Visitor Experience, who will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a first class customer experience to all of our audience members.
A fantastic leader, you’ll know how to manage and inspire a large team and guarantee the very best visitor experience. Liverpool Philharmonic welcomes over 260,000 visitors to their venues each year and their aim is to deliver an exceptional service and welcome to each and every one of them.
This is a full-time, permanent role, (40 hours per week) with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum.
