This role presents an opportunity to provide support, direction and successfully deliver change within the Visitor Experience team delivering the strategy and vision of the organisation.
This role will provide efficient support in building a robust framework of policies and SOPs while delivering the operation goals. As project lead you will be working closely with Visitor Experience Operations Managers, Visitor Experience admin team and key stakeholders to conduct audits, agree operational requirements and lead on the editing and creation of department policies, SOPs and procedures.
This is all aimed at ensuring best practice and engagement within the team. Using your cultural/heritage-industry knowledge and operational best practice you will identify potential gaps and recommend policy framework, understand or have experience of operational delivery and provide consistency across all venues.
