The Festival of Hope Sefton would like to commission an experienced visual artist or collective, to work collaboratively with them to create a large-scale work incorporating LIGHT.
This is a paid opportunity to create an artwork situated on The Atkinson Gallery’s facade or within Southport’s Town Hall Gardens, acting as a marker for the festival ‘takeover’ of The Atkinson in October 2020.
