A key part of your role will involve sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for The Beatles and the 1960s, often through theatrical, in-character interactions that bring the exhibition to life.
You will manage guest flow, support admissions and ticketing operations, and promote additional services to enhance the visitor experience. Being security conscious and vigilant, you will help safeguard the venue and its guests, following all company procedures. Ideal candidates will be approachable, articulate, reliable, and passionate about customer service, with previous experience in a high-traffic venue or attraction.
