Citadel Arts are inviting families to St Helens Town Centre on Saturday 4th September for In the Street, a free family festival.
From 10am – 4.30pm the local charity is presenting a fun filled day for all the family as they bring some of the best children’s and family shows to Church Street for a completely free outdoor theatre experience that you’ll never forget.
Throughout this special event families can: help create the pinkiest pink in ‘The Lost Colour’, witness ‘The Weather Machine’ make magic out of dance and weather, celebrate classic rave music and nature in ‘Family Bird Rave Live’, go on a heroic walk about adventure in ‘There be Monsters’ and for those who love music, they’ll be able to hear songs about all topics under (and above) the Sun in ‘Now That’s What I Call A Lot Of Songs About Science’.
This has been a difficult time for so many people and by bringing amazing theatre companies and performers like Half a String, The Fabularium, Miss High Leg Kick, Kate Flat Projects and John Hinton to the Town Centre, Citadel Arts are presenting families with an opportunity to come together for a fabulous day of free entertainment and create memories that will last a life time.
