Mersey Arts Zone is excited to bring you John Harbourne’s Down These Mean Streets, their fourth exhibition since opening in May this year.
They have been busy exhibiting Liverpool City Region artists in M.A.Z. and working on delivering drawing and watercolour courses for their community. M.A.Z. has provided a home for Wallasey Arts Society after the lockdown left them without a meeting place and their last exhibition gave Age UK Wirral artists a welcome lift with their “Lockdown Art”.
They are working on delivering an art and education class for young people, which will be starting shortly. M.A.Z. is self funded and is working hard to sustain future community art in New Brighton. They have been working on future exhibitions and ideas and are open to collaborate on projects with other creatives.
This exhibition is open now until 29 August, 10am-5pm. The artist is John Harbourne, who is a graphic designer and artist and the exhibition is called “Down These Mean Streets”.
