Medical Herbalist Sue Sprung will discuss how herbs and plants can assist endocrine balance and restoration, and Barbara Shields will guide us through Qigong exercises to impact our sense of wellbeing and energy balance.
Minimum donation £15, with 12 spots available for the session.
All practitioners are donating their time for free, and funds from this event will be in support of the community crowdfunder to fund renewable technology to make our refurbishment of a derelict building low carbon for a greener future – for more information see www.spacehive.com/growingsudleyeco
All events and activities will be risk assessed and supervised by staff with DBS enhanced disclosure. They will operate under government guidance on covid, with measures in place to avoid spread.
