BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Musician of the Year Mera Royle, will be heading to Merseyside this autumn for a special performance.
Performing at the atmospheric West Kirby Arts Centre, Mera’s delicate harp skills will be sure to deliver a stunning night of music; all less than a mile from the town’s beautiful shore.
Aged just 19, harpist and violinist she has already achieved so much in her blossoming music career. Hailing from the Isle of Man, her talent was acknowledged in 2018 by being named the BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Musician of the Year.
Mera has been invited to perform at many festivals across the country including; Cambridge, Cropredy and Towersey Folk Festivals, plus this year’s Celtic Congress in Cornwall.
