Join Paperwork Theatre for their first theatre maker event of 2020. This month’s theme is Tea-Cup Commissions.
They’ll be awarding their first commission of £100 to support a bold new project from a local theatre maker.
Join them to hear 4-minute pitches from a range of exciting artists/theatre makers then vote towards your favourite project.
Want to pitch?
Theatre makers at any stage of their career are invited to apply. You might be an individual, a company or collective who work across any art forms, from playwriting to puppetry, street theatre to solo shows – so long as you consider it to be theatre.

About your project (up to 100 words)
How you’d use the money (up to 100 words)
Email subject: Commission Application to info@paperworktheatre.co.uk by 5pm Friday 10th January.
Successful applicants will be contacted by Sunday 12th January and asked to prepare a 4-minute pitch about their project to deliver at the Play-Date event on Tuesday 14th January at Liverpool Everyman Theatre.
You are eligible for a Tea-Cup Commission if you:
⁃ Are based in the North-West
⁃ You‘re not currently a student/ theatre is your job
⁃ You must be developing a new idea for theatre/ live performance
⁃ You have not been in receipt of a tea-cup commission within the last 12 months
