Head along and join Imogen from Bluebird Upholstery for a fun and creative evening in the DoES Liverpool Maker-Space, and learn how to make your own drum lampshade.

Go home with a wonderful lampshade and the skills to make many more!

You will be taught how to make a contemporary circular drum lampshade to a professional standard, using a timeless Morris & Co. fabric. The finished shade will be 30cm diameter and will be suitable for use on a table lamp, or as a ceiling/ pendant shade.

No experience necessary. All tools and lampshade making materials will be provided. You just need to choose your Morris & Co. fabric when you book your ticket, and then turn up on the evening with nimble fingers! (5 different Morris & Co. fabric designs to choose from. Limited availability of each. See Eventbrite booking page for full details)

There will be a tea-break mid-way through the session and refreshments (tea/coffee/cake) are included in the ticket price.
