History has excluded many voices and many groups for a long time. Now more people have an opportunity to participate in narrating and helping humanity have a more inclusive history.
There are many barriers, you may say. And the answer is: Yes; but barriers are there to be transcended. And what joy and freedom it is to begin. . .
So, if you love to write, come explore who you are on paper, and tell the world some of the stories the world needs to hear and to know about your being a unique person whose voice and ways of seeing can never be duplicated.
This workshop will focus on “voice” to help you overcome emotional blocks, and will offer you starting tools that will help you embark on the writing journey joyfully and successfully.
There will be time to write and time to converse and ask questions. Anyone who wishes to share some of what they wrote will be encouraged to do so.
Sharing is not required and strictly voluntary. If you are an established writer or anywhere along the writing path, you are welcome to join Write Your Life.
