Wired Aerial Theatre are seeking a Female Theatre Technician.
You must be a strong swimmer and be comfortable with entering the water during a performance.
Last years performances brought incredible reviews and this years show will follow a similar form with new elements and sections being explored, building on last years’ experience and fuelled by Philipp’s natural sense of play and investigation.
CASTING:
They require a female theatre technician who is naturally astute, enjoys finding the detail in situations and who is happy to invest time into learning and performing Wired’s specific rigging setup and application designed specifically for Rigoletto.
You will be joining a wonderful group of people in the climbing team. *Note that this role does involve moving set pieces and being on stage in costume as part of the performance.
You should be physically fit, creatively minded and have experience of working at height or be eager to be trained to do so. Bregenz is an exhilarating job requiring a huge amount of teamwork.
The job also involves working outdoors as this amazing opera performs in all weather, to a 7,000 strong audience each evening throughout the summer.
