Rossendale Borough Council is seeking quotes for an exciting opportunity to support a National Lottery Heritage Fund scheme in Haslingden.
This heritage scheme seeks an artist to design public art installations for Haslingden Town Centre to be included in a Stage 2 Application for major capital funding and to assist in the regeneration of the town.
The scheme is open to artists from across the UK.
