Arts Council England (ACE) is the national investment and development agency for art and culture.
They use public money from the government and the National Lottery to bring great art and culture to everyone by championing creativity and culture across the country, developing talent in every corner of the nation, and supporting artists, practitioners and cultural organisations to work in partnership and to be world-leading.
ACE believe art and culture inspires us, brings us together and teaches us about ourselves and the world around us. In short, they make life better.
They are now seeking to recruit a Director, Combined Arts/North West. This role is a senior member of the North Area leadership team, sharing responsibility for its successful contribution to the national strategy by delivering on their goals locally.
Disabled people and those from Black and minority ethnic backgrounds are underrepresented in our workforce, so we particularly encourage applications from people in these groups.
