Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts (LIPA) are appointing a new Principal and Chief Executive Officer to take over from their Founder, who will be changing his role within the LIPA Learning Group from 1st September 2021.

They need a leader who can combine both strategic vision and personal qualities to lead us firmly forward.
You will provide leadership in delivering a strategic plan in line with their ethos and values set by LIPA Council (their governing body), establishing targets and systematically reviewing performance against these targets.
You will possess a successful track record of achievement and leadership in higher education or a related field, including within a specialist performing arts institution or organisation.
As well as the ability to lead with vision, ambition and integrity, you should be able to manage senior staff each charged with delivering important strategic tasks and functions for both LIPA HE and the LIPA Learning Group.
