Liverpool Mental Health Festival is coordinated by Liverpool Mental Health Consortium, who have been coordinating activities to celebrate World Mental Health Day since 2010.
What began as a single afternoon of activities has since grown into Liverpool Mental Health Festival, which includes art, choirs, comedy, dance, drama, film, music, workshops, writing, advice and information. The aim has always been to raise awareness of mental distress, promote positive wellbeing, and challenge stigma. The festival now has over 100 partner organisations and has staged over 150 events. All events are free and open to all.
