The successful candidate will be required to support and assist the pipeline of employment, education and training routes within Talen Match Plus.
The postholder will deliver effective personalised pathway to employment for people who are not in education, training or work.
The successful candidate will hold a recognised qualification to at least NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject. They will also have substantive experience of 1-1 mentoring, as well as groupwork delivery, caseload management, supporting people into meaningful progressions, together with post employment support.
The successful candidate will have an excellent track record in ensuring individual and project targets are met.
