Founded in 1998, Liverpool Biennial – the UK’s contemporary art biennial, has commissioned over 340 new artworks and presented work by more than 480 artists from around the world. It is underpinned by a year-round programme of research, education, residencies and commissions.
They are currently seeking to appoint an interim Development Officer to the team. Experienced, self-motivated and goal oriented, you will support the Development Manager to identify, cultivate, maintain and develop current and potential sponsors and funders, as well as supporting the team with visits and events surrounding the opening and run of Liverpool Biennial 2021.
You will have a real passion for contemporary visual arts, and at least two years’ experience of working in a similar role. Whilst sector experience is not essential, you should be a good communicator with the desire and ability to engage people in our work.
