They are looking for a marketing and communications expert who knows exactly how, where and when to share our stories.
You will create, own and deliver the annual marketing and audience plan for Rheged, which welcomes more than 400,000 visitors a year. Developing a dynamic and flexible mix of activity, including digital, social, PR, print, promotions and traditional advertising, you will drive awareness, visitor numbers and sales.
Experienced in SEO, paid digital advertising, website creation and management, you’ll thrive on engaging customers and building new audiences. With your understanding of data, CRM techniques and email marketing you will create dynamic data- and content-led campaigns.
You will know their area inside out, using your contacts and experience in local print and broadcast media to make sure that your content and campaigns appear in the right places.
You will be a great networker and influencer, full of the energy and creativity needed to drive footfall towards every area of Rheged, from their Gallery and Cinema to Café, shops and meeting spaces.
Your good general marketing experience will have been gained in a similar environment, be it a multi-use venue or in arts, meetings, events, cinema or hospitality.
As Rheged enters its 20th year, you will be part of the delivery and the strategy. Your get-it-done mindset means you’ll love the pace of getting stuck in. But you will also be the person they need to step back and see the bigger picture.
