Arts Council England is seeking a talented, inclusive and collaborative Senior Manager Diversity to initiate and support their extensive national programme of activity responding to their ‘Let’s Create’ strategy.
As their critical Diversity Equality & Inclusion hire, you’ll be responsible for delivering their equality objectives and our new Inclusion and Relevance framework.
You’ll also play an active role in managing conversations with important stakeholders internally and externally to advance equity, fairness and increased access and collaborate on all policy and strategy initiatives and decisions.
Working closely with the National Diversity team, you’ll also support the delivery of corporate equality objectives. You will also work closely with leads for specific policy areas, e.g. Data Reporting, HR and our Investment Centre.
