This is an exciting opportunity for a practically minded individual with proven experience of onsite facilities management and maintaining standards.
You will have held a similar role in the commercial, social enterprise or charitable sector and be able to demonstrate how this experience will translate to this new role.
You will need to be flexible and willing to work with the whole team to solve problems they encounter as they grow. You will have a level of physical aptitude for basic maintenance tasks. You’ll be able to demonstrate your adaptability and willingness to learn. If you are hands on with good communications skills and facilities experience, they would love to hear from you!
Calderstones Mansion House is a beautiful Grade II Listed building sitting quietly in one of Liverpool’s best loved parks for families and the local community. You need to work hard to keep the site safe, clean, tidy, properly maintained, and to contribute to the organisation meeting its legal obligations.
Working within the Facilities team, duties will include:
– To support with the management of all onsite facilities, dealing with all maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
– To maintain the records we use to monitor the site, such as fire alarm tests.
– To take care of and appropriately maintain all buildings and outdoor spaces, through own work and through contractors.
– To act as point of contact on site when necessary for external contractors working on the site, including alarm engineers and security personnel.
