Port Sunlight Village Trust is now advertising three new volunteer roles, designed to support the visitor experience in Port Sunlight.
They are looking for:
– Museum Assistants to steward all areas of the visitor experience including SoapWorks, Port Sunlight Museum, and the Edwardian Worker’s Cottage, working with the visitor services team to ensure a safe and enjoyable day out is had by all of our customers.
– Exhibition Assistants to steward a new contemporary art installation by Tod Hanson at the Church Hall in Port Sunlight from 17th July to 19th September.
– Exhibition Assistants to steward a temporary exhibition of the ‘My Port Sunlight Lockdown Collection’ at the Church Hall in Port Sunlight 17th July to 19th September..
You will join a passionate, friendly and committed team of volunteers and staff at an exciting time for PSVT when they are starting to develop the visitor offer in the village and bring new meaning and fresh perspectives to the Port Sunlight story.
They are looking for individuals who enjoy talking and interacting with people and have an interest in the heritage and significance of Port Sunlight. Full training will be provided along with reasonable travel expenses.
