Sefton Libraries is looking for a Digital Creative Producer to support a programme of action research into the potential of digital within their creative community engagement work.
Funded by Arts Council England, they want to engage someone who can work with them creatively to explore new ways that hybrid programming and digital arts commissioning can support their work with artists and local people.
The Digital Creative Producer will work with library staff across all of their sites and offers, including their Reaching Communities-funded flagship programme Human Libraries, in partnership with Rule of Threes Arts.
They are looking for someone who is a considerate and effective communicator, with strong creative digital skills and knowledge, a commitment to work in a community setting and a good knowledge/network of digital artists and/or creative tech SMEs. The role might equally suit a creative technologist, practicing artist, digital producer or curator.
Fixed fee freelance contract.
£10,000, inclusive of all taxes and expenses
Based on @ 40 – 50 days’ work
August 2021 – May 2022
