Contact are a theatre and performing arts venue on Manchester’s Oxford Road. They create and produce shows, host tours from some of the best theatre companies in the world and develop the next generation of artists, performers and community leaders.
This is an exciting time for Contact as they re-open in 2021 following major refurbishment.
As an Event Host, you will provide excellent customer service and play a central role in ensuring that all audiences visiting Contact have a memorable, exciting and safe experience. You should be well informed about all aspects of our activity and communicate confidently to all visitors.
You will have a full understanding of the emergency and evacuation procedures and play a key role in their implementation. This will all be captured in your training session.
Overall, you will be working in a fun, fast-paced environment, working on exciting projects and events within a supportive and welcoming team. This role will require you to work evenings & weekends.
