Join Growing Sudley for this opportunity to start the week with a fresh mind by taking part in an outdoor yoga session surrounded by nature.

20 places are available for a minimum £10 pledge. Please remember to wear comfortable clothing and if possible bring your own mats. If you have any injuries or health conditions, please let them know prior to taking part.
All practitioners are donating their time for free, and funds from this event will be in support of the community crowdfunder to fund renewable technology to make their refurbishment of a derelict building low carbon for a greener future.

All events and activities will be risk assessed and supervised by staff with DBS enhanced disclosure. They will operate under government guidance on covid, with measures in place to avoid spread. They are outdoors so there is no need to wear a mask unless you wish to, but they ask that households remain socially distanced.
