The post holder will have a key role in ensuring that all aspects of ICTheatre and NBS student support and tutorial policies are delivered in line with the requirements of key educational partners and in order to best support all students.
All students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or individual counselling needs will be supported by your team or through the recruitment of appropriate part-time specialists. This post has a central role in maintaining our national standing as a provider of educational excellence.
You will have responsibility for monitoring and ensuring high levels of attendance, retention and achievement. You will ensure that the Senior Management Team receives regular feedback from students in respect of their experience, through a range of mechanisms, and you will ensure that ICTheatre and NBS is responsive to this feedback.
Excellent administration of register systems, and the setting up and recording of regular tutorials for all students are key factors in ensuring the ongoing success of ICTheatre and the achievement of our students.
This is a senior post, therefore leadership skills, excellent communication, planning, organisational and time management abilities are essential. Your considerable challenge will be to ensure that as the new college grows and matures all aspects of administration are delivered to the highest level.
The post reports directly to the College Principal but you will also liaise closely with tutors and all members of the curriculum delivery team. You will have responsibility for overseeing and supporting the work of a small administration team, which will expand as student numbers increase.
