March for the Arts (MFTA) are seeking two freelance facilitators to help with the development of their Working Guidance for Arts Freelancers and Organisations (WGAFO) Training Programme.
These freelancers will help devise some MFTA equality, diversity and inclusivity training materials based on the content of the WGAFO and other research they have been gathering; they will advise on content of trial workshops and drafts; and they will take part in a trial delivery of a training session.
They are developing this work with a view to a national roll out of a training programme in the future; but for now we are in the research and development phase.
When?
They need facilitators to be available for 3 full days: 2 days in Jan-Feb 2022 (dates and times flexible), and 1 fixed day: Monday 7th February 2022.
Where?
Liverpool City Centre and/or online via Zoom
Payment:
£100/day
Please note: MFTA will maintain ownership of the workshops and material that they develop as part of this project; but freelancers employed will be given first refusal on any future touring and delivery of these workshops.
