March for the Arts are looking for focus group participants to help them develop their Working Guidance for Arts Freelancers and Organisations ‘WGAFO’ training programme.
Successful applicants will be people who work in the arts. You will take part in a facilitated two hour session with discussion and reflection around the subjects of diversity, inclusion and accessibility.
*Personal experiences shared in this session may be anonymised and used in their public research materials or as case study/exemplar materials for their training programme. The focus group will be asked to keep any information discussed during the session anonymous.
They are interested to hear from:
People who work in the arts at any level and with any amount of experience, and/or
People who are able to share their experiences of working in the arts, and/or
People who have taken part in any type of training sessions (perhaps as part of their work) and are able to reflect on the success of training techniques and materials, and/or
Participants who might usually find it difficult to share in group sessions or training. We will work hard to make the session safe and accessible, and/or
People who are interested in the topics for discussion: diversity, inclusion and accessibility, and/or interested in training techniques.
