Project Coordinator – Brand New World schools programme, 2021-22, closes 7 Mar

This role is for a practitioner with long-term experience of coordinating arts and cultural projects and programmes with schools.

The person will need to be available for 15 days between Monday 21st and Friday 30th September 2022 to support six schools through the final phase of their Brand New World visual arts education programme. The role is to:

  • Keep in touch with teachers, artists and two practitioners (an Artistic Lead and Arts Award Adviser) to monitor progress.
  • Support everyone to keep on track with: creating artworks for an exhibition at the International Slavery Museum in June/July 2022; preparing for the Arts Award moderation (date to be confirmed); providing evaluation evidence.
  • Monitor and track spending against budget and forward invoices to LLP Adminstrator.
  • Liaise with National Museums Liverpool to organise an exhibition and launch of the artworks.
  • Write a short evaluation/spending report at the end of the project.

The fee is £3750 @ £250 per day and hours can be completed flexibly to suit the needs & availability of the successful applicant and project partners.
