The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a similar role and will have a good understanding of contemporary arts collaborative practice.
They will have well developed communication skills, be confident building relationships with a diverse range of people, and be able to use these skills to develop and maintain artistic and business relationships.
They will have experience in generating creative ideas and turning them into reality using well developed project management skills. They will be knowledgeable about necessary Health and Safety and Safeguarding measures which may need to be in place for different projects, to ensure safety of participants and compliance with the law.
They will have the ability to write high quality reports, create and monitor complex budgets, schedules and contracts for the programme, and be able to demonstrate that they can work to tight and sometimes changing deadlines.
