Chetham’s is seeking to appoint a driven and enthusiastic Fundraising & Events Officer to manage a diverse programme of donor events and support the development team in reaching ambitious fundraising targets.
Based in the heart of Manchester, Chetham’s is home to the UK’s leading music school; the oldest public library in the English-speaking world; and The Stoller Hall, a world class concert venue.
Working as part of a small team, the Fundraising & Events Officer will support the development team in all aspects of fundraising to include major donors, Trusts and Foundations, corporate partnerships and grants. This varied role involves administrative duties such as database management, gift processing and research tasks as well as full event coordination for a range of different stakeholders.
