We are looking for an Associate Director who can bring new ideas, energy and creativity to this new role – someone who shares our values, mission, ambition, and is committed to working with young audiences and participants.
Founded in 2006, 20 Stories High has established itself as one of the UK’s leading young people theatre companies. We are part of the Arts Council Englands’ National Portfolio of funded organisations, are a registered charity and have won a series of prestigious awards and commissions.
20 Stories High Associate Director will support the Co-CEO/Artistic Director and Co-CEO/Executive Director in the development and delivery of the company’s artistic programme and strategic vision, collaborating with our team and a wide range of artists and young people, to create excellent, inclusive and unique theatre productions and participatory projects.
The Associate Director will have the opportunity to create their own national touring show, as well as direct youth theatre productions and lead a number of participatory, community and professional development projects artistically.

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 Annually
(salary scale point dependent on experience)
