About the opportunity:
Everton F.C. currently have a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking, confident and experienced Equity & Inclusion professional to join their People, Culture and Workplace Wellbeing Department.
Joining them in the new role of Equity & Inclusion Lead – Accessibility & Wellbeing you will deliver expert advice, and guidance, alongside contributing to the development and implementation of strategic policies, practices, and action plans.
You will focus on driving initiatives which support our commitment to disabled people and accessibility, health and wellbeing. The post holder will also function as the Club’s Disability Access Officer and assist in engaging with disabled fans throughout the season, and on match days.
Through the successful implementation of impactful equity and inclusion initiatives (developed in line with business objectives), you will drive awareness of, and build engagement, around key diversity-related issues, contributing to a more inclusive culture were everybody feels respected, celebrated, empowered, and has a sense of belonging.
Who they are looking for; Their ideal candidate will have previous experience of delivering EDI interventions and influencing positive change via a range of stakeholders and collaborating with the disabled community, providing support and advice to organisations around accessibility.
Interpersonal and influencing skills are essential and being able to inspire and drive delivery across a wide range of EDI areas.

This position is on a permanent contract, and will be contacted to 35 hours per week.
