People are at the heart of National Museums Liverpool. Colleagues from across the NML team make a difference every day, creating memorable experiences for everyone and challenging expectations.
They pride ourselves on being a place for everyone, but are always aiming higher, aspiring to be representative of the communities they serve. Through their people, they are building a culture which embeds trust, respect and inclusion and an organisation in which people are engaged and empowered to enable National Museums Liverpool to evolve.
You could be just the right person to join them.
They currently have the post(s) of Participation Programme Manager available.
Are you skilled in creating inclusive public activity, confident in managing a highly capable team, adept at building relationships across different teams to optimise & enable participation and communication of the myriad of opportunities we create together?
You are already a fantastic communicator and enthusiastic storyteller with a keen interest in art and history. You will work with our wider team as we seek to address the legacy of British colonialism, and you will bring representation of, and relevance to, all their communities in your team’s programme.
It is a busy environment in which you will work four days out of seven with a team who facilitate six days of programming, so you will need to be highly efficient –managing a tight ship, processing and tracking a budget and relishing a well running rota!
Are you ready to join them while one of their wonderful team goes on maternity leave?
