The team have an exciting opportunity to be part of the magical Moonlight Flicks as a Moonlight Flicks Supervisor.
You will be responsible for leading both Service Assistants and Volunteers to ensure a smooth overall experience for our customers.
As Moonlight Flicks Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading both our Service Assistants and Volunteers to ensure a smooth overall experience for our customers with both the food & beverage offering and front of house operation.
You will work with the managers on site to take a lead on health & safety, staff development and customer service. You will ensure they offer an enjoyable experience for all customers by having a friendly and positive approach, whilst establishing a presentable, visible and accessible presence during all opening hours
This role contains unsociable hours, and flexibility is a must.
