Committed to providing an accessible and engaging environment, the Operations team are looking for a part time Operations Administrator to join them on a fixed term contract until January 2023, for 28 hours per week.
As Operations Administrator, you will provide an efficient and professional administration service across the Operations department. Communicating and liaising with stakeholders across the museum, you will ensure your colleagues and their customers receive a world-class experience.
You will maintain administrative systems and processes for their visitor facing activity but also some financial duties. Often acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, you will also support their ticketing system and will ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurate way.
You will also support with maintaining spreadsheets for monitoring departmental data, and generally ensuring the team runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. This will also include raising purchase orders; processing invoice requests; and the admin around balancing the takings from all our commercial activities and museum tills.
