As Head of Brand Partnerships and Sponsorship, you will have central oversight of The Factory’s sponsorship and partnerships revenue stream and strategic commercial partner relationships. Overseeing a growing team of partnership marketeers and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver The Factory’s commercial aspirations.
Working together with our Creative, Finance, Marketing, Producing, Development and International departments you will drive complex, strategic partnership relationships, with cross-departmental projects, creating and delivering value and effectiveness to our partner portfolio through both traditional and non-traditional, innovative rights activation, campaigns and events.
Be a critical thinker, identify opportunities for growth, and think entrepreneurially to identify and achieve new and innovative commercial partnership opportunities, while leading the new delivery team in ensuring we drive value, effectiveness and long-term growth across their growing family of strategic partnerships.
The essential criteria for this role are:
• Involvement in scaling successful commercial/revenue operations in fast-paced environments
• Experience in negotiating and managing significant commercial sponsorship / partner relationships
• Experience in delivering marketing effectiveness and driving value and ROI through partnerships
• Previous success in a team leadership role, driving sales operations, commercial execution and relationship management teams
• Proven sales track record, with the ability to develop commercial proposals, pitching, negotiating and delivering brand and sponsorship deals
• Experience managing large-scale revenue P&Ls, successfully delivering ambitious revenue targets
• Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and very quick in coming to grips with new data/analytical tools
• Strong project manager who can focus on the essential, prioritise, dive into the details, and thrive in simplifying the ambiguous into actionable plans
• Commitment to championing representation and inclusion at every level of the organisation with a proven ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds
