The job will involve devising and delivering impactful marketing and communication campaigns, built on storytelling and human connection. It really is a varied role – one moment you may be in the rehearsal room creating a behind-the-scenes video reel, the next you are building creative advertising campaigns to reach people who’ve never heard of their work before.
This role is perfect for someone with excellent digital and communication skills, who enjoys working creatively and collaboratively. You will be excited about the kind of organisation Manchester Collective is and has the potential to become. You will be unafraid to break with convention and try out new things – in their world, common practice is rarely best practice.
