National Museums Liverpool currently have the post of People (HR) Business Partner available.
This is a generalist HR role, where you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in every stage of the employee life cycle, from supporting senior managers with recruitment to succession planning and everything in between. As a BP you will build effective relationships with the Leadership Team and Senior Managers to ensure people issues are considered in all significant decision making across the organisation.
You will utilise evidence-based practice to address the people challenges for your areas of responsibility and you will use your experience, skills, and knowledge to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement, training, coaching and talent management.
