Wirral MakeFest, a free community event that aims to cultivate the public’s engagement with makers, inspiring future careers, hobbies and skills in the community and raising the visibility of local makers through the event and its accompanying website.
The event will take place at BOTH Birkenhead Central Library and Williamson Museum and Art Gallery. Save the Date! June 3rd 10-4pm
MakeFest is a fusion between art, science and technology: STEAM, and our makers will be from a wide range of arts and sciences, from plastic remoulding to VR and crafts to drama.

This is the official call for Makers to take part in the inaugural 2023 Wirral MakeFest. They are looking for Makers, Craftspersons , Educators. Coders, Performers and Enablers in SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, ARTS AND MATHS.
If you would like to take part, please fill in the form (link below) to let them know and they will be in touch with you. Please note, this is not a craft fair, exhibition or trade show – so if you are only interested in exhibiting and selling, without sharing, talking or demonstrating this is probably not the best avenue for your practice.
All data will be handled in compliance with GDPR / ICO guidelines. They will keep your data safe and promise not to share it with anyone else.
