As the General Manager for Proud and Loud Arts, your role will be crucial in keeping things running smoothly within their small organisation. You’ll be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks and making sure they use resources wisely.
You’ll work closely with their artistic team and other staff members to make sure everything gets done efficiently. This includes things like planning schedules, managing budgets, and getting the supplies they need while being mindful of their limited resources.
You’ll also help with tasks related to hiring and training new staff members and creating a positive work environment for everyone. You’ll be the main point of contact for our external partners and suppliers, building good relationships with them.
Since they’re a small organisation, you’ll have the chance to be hands-on and adapt to different tasks as needed. You’ll help us grow and find ways to improve by coming up with creative solutions that make the most of their strengths.
