The Tung Auditorium is a state-of-the-art, high specification concert hall which delivers an outstanding live music performance experience. Situated within the Yoko Ono Lennon Centre with world-class teaching and learning at its heart, the Tung Auditorium celebrates the University’s cultural contribution to the city and seeks to offer an open and inclusive programme, enhancing engagement with the arts locally, regionally and nationally.
They are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to facilitate the delivery of a high-quality programme of concerts and events. Reporting to the Artistic Director and working closely with other concert hall colleagues, the role holder will be responsible for overseeing logistical stage and backstage information for the programme of concerts and events.
You will have an excellent understanding of live music production across many genres. If you meet the essential requirements of the person specification, we encourage you to apply.
The majority of hours will be within the working week, but there will be a need to work some evenings and weekends. Hours worked above the contracted 28 hours each week will be taken back as TOIL (time-off-in-lieu) subject to prior agreement from the line manager.
You should have a degree (or equivalent qualification) or significant relevant experience.
