The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra – the UK’s oldest – is a critically-acclaimed ensemble, central to Liverpool’s cultural offering. We are currently seeking a Section Leader Bassoon to join the Orchestra.
A professional musician with exceptional orchestral and solo playing abilities and repertoire knowledge, you will play in and lead the bassoon section. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest possible standards and fostering a positive atmosphere within the section, as well as supporting the needs and development of fellow section members and the Orchestra as a whole. If you’re an organised team player with excellent communication skills and extensive orchestral experience, this might be the perfect fit for you.
The salary for this role is £45,858.
