Salary: £22,579-£26,726
Location: RIBA North, Liverpool or Manchester
Hours: 37 hours per week, FTC until 31 December 2019
We are looking for a diligent and well-organised Project Coordinator to join the dynamic North West office of the RIBA. You will be part of a small, energetic and enthusiastic team that works extensively across the region.
As well as having sound administrative skills, you will be an efficient, diplomatic communicator who will be a key part in ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
The role will involve processing bookings for our events and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes, minute writing for our council and committee meetings and coordinating the regular development of web content, social media content and email bulletins.
As the precursor to the esteemed RIBA Stirling Prize, you will be responsible for coordinating the shortlisting and judging arrangements for the RIBA North West Awards event. In addition, you will lead on the organisation and development of the RIBA North West Awards event; our flagship annual celebration of the very best architecture in the region.
You will be a team player who is able to build a good rapport with fellow staff and external stakeholders, confident in working to deadlines.
