Liverpool’s Royal Court is looking to work with an external consultant with a successful track record and lived experience/time served of championing EDI to support its EDI Committee, EDI champions, Board, executive and senior management team to:
• Assess our current EDI policy and action plan to ensure it reflects our ambitions
• Planning and executing an effective strategy
• Embed our EDI policy and action plan across the organisation
• Develop a programme of training for Board, exec, senior management and all staff and practitioners to ensure greater understanding of EDI across the organisation
• Determine an evaluation matrix to monitor EDI progress across the organisation
• Deliver on our commitment to LCR Race Equality manifesto and be a champion for EDI across the cultural sector in our region We expect this to be a 6-9 month contract with approximately 1.5 days per month dedicated to face-to-face meetings with the EDI Committee, CEO and EDI champions across the organisation.
Estimated Fee range: £5000 – £6000
