They are recruiting for a Deputy Customer Experience Manager to lead an excellent front of house service and deliver a first class audience experience for visitors.
You’ll support and motivate the team to achieve their day-to-day sales targets from various bars, kiosks, and at-seat delivery service, and proactively work to improve what they offer to customers. You’ll be working in a friendly, dedicated team in a dynamic, exciting venue – so this is an ideal opportunity if you enjoy working in a varied, busy role with a diverse range of people.
