Clowning has a rich tradition with many schools of thought. This workshop is NOT about circus clowns – no makeup, tricks, gags or routines. Instead we focus on being rather than doing. Through games and imports we explore the present moment, connecting you with yourself, others and your audience. Embracing innocence and wonder, you’ll embark on a personal journey to discover your unique sense of humour and truthfulness by listening and being receptive. This approach prioritises the pleasure of being yourself in the here and now, offering a mindful way to spend your day.
