The Audiences team are looking for their next Website & CRM Officer!
As the Website & CRM Officer at Shakespeare North, you will explore and leverage cutting-edge digital tools, platforms, and analytics to enhance customer journeys and deliver exceptional experiences.
In collaboration with external developers, you will manage and refine the website using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to analyse traffic patterns and customer behaviours. You will update and maintain content through the content management system (CMS) and ensure seamless integration with the customer relationship management (CRM) system, Spektrix.
Your responsibilities will also include setting and achieving search engine optimisation (SEO) objectives, managing the Google Ad Grant, and improving organic search traffic. Additionally, you will oversee data integrity, support audience research, and ensure GDPR compliance, fostering a data-driven and innovative organisational environment.
