This role will provide support in all areas of Visitor Experience through the effective management of people and systems.
The postholder will strive for an environment that is inclusive, accessible, and safe. The postholder will have knowledge, and develop learning around, different cultures and a sensitivity around the different barriers people may face when entering our theatre.
Working closely with the Visitor Experience Leads and the Duty Managers, the postholder will ensure every visitor has a first-class experience in our building. The postholder will need to achieve a balance between efficient operational controls and excellent customer service.
