In this role you will bring strong, energetic and inspirational leadership to manage and motivate the marketing team to deliver marketing activities and campaigns that grow audiences, increase brand awareness and drive sales.
As the Head of Marketing, you will be a creative thinker with a proven track record in driving multi-channel marketing programmes, developing marketing strategies and initiatives.
You’ll lead development of innovative campaign briefs and key strategies and communicate these effectively across Factory International.
Have a strong background and experience in developing audience diversity with an appetite to trial new approaches, collaborating internally and externally working alongside our communities.
The role will require working closely with the digital content team, design, copywriters, PR, and Public Engagement, to ensure all marketing campaigns amplify and add depth to our core brand message.
